Story
This Summer I will be attempting to run a 46 mile 'ultramarathon' in under 10 hours. That's two hours faster than I managed on the Pathfinder route last year, an experience I described at the time as 'the hardest day of my life.'
So knocking two hours off with minimal training should be no problem...
I'll also be cycling across England, from Coast to Coast, and leading a team of 26 on the Nijmegen Marches, which involve marching 25 miles per day across the Netherlands, for four days, in military kit and carrying 10kg additional sand ballast on your back.
This is all part of a wider plan for ULAS (the University of London Air Squadron) to raise £10000 for the Jon Egging Trust.
Surely I'm putting myself through enough pain to warrant a quid or two!?
