London 2 Paris: Inspiring the Revolution 2016 · 19 May 2016 to 23 May 2016 ·

With a new blood cancer diagnosis every 27 seconds worldwide, Cure Leukaemia funds research nurses at UK blood cancer centres, giving patients access to treatments through clinical trials. This support drives global significant advancements in blood cancer, impacting those affected by the disease.

Story

Next week I will be cycling from London 2 Paris to raise money for Cure Leukaemia. The ride is a little over 475km and with the terrible winter and spring we’ve had, coupled with being a bit heavier than I really should be, it’s going to be a tough few days.

Whilst the ride will be a challenge for me it is inconsequential when compared with the struggle and heartache those affected by Leukaemia and other cancers face.

Through its innovative model and world class personnel Cure Leukaemia has become one of the worlds leading centres for the development of new drug and transplant treatments for patients with blood cancers.

Please give generously to help them test and develop new treatments that will help give all those affected by blood cancer the chance of a cure.
