This year I ran in the 25th Anniversary Great North run - it was a great event and finished in 1 hour 53 minutes and 56 seconds.

A great event with the Red Arrows, the Ashes, celebrities, great crowds, running across the Tyne Bridge etc.

I am raising money for Phab - a charity for children.
