Working in the Defence industry I have had the opportunity to get a little closer to the brave men and women who put themselves in harms way to protect us! namely me, my family, my friends, colleagues and acquaintances.

It is a heartbreaking thought that some of these brave courageous and selfless individuals struggle to adjust due to trauma, experience and exposure they have had and often have life changing conditions as a result.

To try and recognise the sacrifices made I want to try and raise some money for this fantastic charity ...... to put a little bit back!
