Story
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page in aid of Save the Family. I hope you will be able to donate and help me complete my challenge. Here is the background.</span></span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">On the 25th</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"> November 2010, I am taking on my challenge of a lifetime! </span></span></span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">For three days <span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">I shall be trekking </span></span></span>through the ever-changing landscape of the Sahara Desert on my journey of courageousness and following in the footsteps of my hero, Alexsandr Orlov (see picture). My challenge also involves climbing to the top of multiple sand dunes in the desert heat, culminating in a dawn ascent of the Bougharn Dunes.</span> </span> </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">This is the first time I have ever attempted a 3 consecutive day challenge, and I have and will be working hard to ensure that I am in shape for the event. My fitness regime to date has involved many hours of weekend walking starting last mid August and ending up with a weekend walk of 16 hours over the 2 days just prior to the journey itself. I've now competed 256 miles of practise walking and the real challenge starts this weekend with the 16 hours 50 mile walk</span></span></span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">It has not been and is not going to be easy for me, but I am determined to earn each and ever penny you sponsor me for! </span></span></span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">So please help in every way you can - every penny counts, even when I might want to spend one in the middle of the Sahara!!!</span> </span></span></strong></p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"> <span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">This charity has been working for 34 years, keeping children with their parents when they have been made homeless instead of the children going in to the care system. Parents of these children come from the most disadvantaged areas in the UK, many have had no education or family life experiences (as a result of growing up in the care system themselves) as a guidance of how to bring up their own children. </span></span></span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Save the Family works hard to provide this example ensuring these families are able to stay together and grow from strength to strength eventually moving back into the community and not becoming homeless again. </span></span></span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Please help me to raise £1500.00 to ensure Save the Family is able to continue the vital work they do in keeping homeless children with their parents.</span></span><span style="color: #0000ff;"> </span></span></strong></p>
