Along with several hundred other colleagues from Barclays I am taking part in Wheels for Change 2018 to raise money for The Prince's Trust which helps disadvantaged young people in the UK to change their lives and get into work, education or training.

The event is a 100km cycle ride, starting and finishing at the Olympic Velodrome in Stratford and taking in a loop of East London and Essex.
