From the 10th - 13th July I will be pushing my body to its’ limits and riding from Crystal Palace, London to Blois, in the Loire Valley, France with 120 colleagues from across Saint-Gobain to celebrate the Group's 350th anniversary

We'll be cycling 100 miles a day for four days. This is not going to be a comfortable summer jaunt. It's four hard days in the saddle and one that's going to require a tough training programme & many sacrifices. The demands of 4 torturous back-to-back days means I'll need to be training most evenings and weekends in preparation.

It's a challenge I'm definitely up for though.

We're raising money for the Saint-Gobain Together Partnership http://www.saint-gobain.co.uk/about-us/charity-partners/ which this year is supporting two charities that do amazing work: Macmillan Cancer Support and the Irish Cancer Society.
