Yes on August 1st I'll be swimming 750m in the very brown Thames, cycling 20km then running  another 5km all for the WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Animals).

I have to raise 500 quid minimum in 3 weeks so please help as much as you can, and remember it's for the innocent cute and furry animals in the world who are very sad and will be even sadder if you don't donate :o)

Please give generously and I'll do the same for you when you run a triathlon for charity!
