I am going to Belarus in August for 12 days as a volunteer at a holiday camp for children with disabilities. The children live in orphanages for the majority of the year and look forward to their holiday where they can relax and have fun, taking part in a wide range of activities which we, the volunteers , will be organising. Belarus was badly contaminated by the nuclear accident at Chernobyl and many of the children suffer from the long term consequences of this.

I am also planning to take bits and pieces for the kids to enjoy e.g. balloons, glitter, collage materials,glow sticks etc. If anyone would like to donate these types of things for me to take, feel free!! They just have to be light
