Thanks for visiting our page. A team of us from the Gravesend and Dartford Messengers are planning to slog it out on a 10k run round Bluewater (no, not running to the shops), to support our charity of the year, DGSM Your Choice.

The charity is based in north Kent and supports adults with learning disabilities. We hope you can help us raise as much money as we can for this worthwhile cause - and bets are on whether Mary and Jamie can beat our editor, Bob, around the course!
