Hello friends, family and other animals. Hmmm, I should be nice to you as I'm about to ask you to sponsor me.

I'm organising a ride again! This time, 150 miles through the Brecon Beacons - lots of offroad fun - and down to the sandy beaches of Tenby. Now, when I say 'down' I mean as in North-to-South, not all downhill. Not that I can complain, having planned the route myself. I am a muppet.

It is, as ever, in support of Worth Unlimited. They continue to do great work with young people year on year.

Where would we be without the individuals who encouraged us to try things out; who placed their trust in us? Remember those people who have inspired you. That's what the Worth youth workers are to these young people. And as in previous years, some of the young people will be joining us on the ride, and fundraising too. Brilliant.
