I've set this page up and am only sending it to Christians I know who may be interested in this. There are 8 of us travelling out to India between the 3rd and 10th March. We are going to deliver training to potential Alpha leaders and pastors about how to run an Alpha course over a 4 day conference. 2 teams of 4 of us are leading a conference in 2 locations, one in Jaipur and one in Andala. Both of these locations have specifically been chosen in the north which is a largely Hindu area. We are praying that God is going to move in power in these areas and that the Gospel is going to be significantly advanced!

St Michaels had a GAT team last year who travelled to Burundi. The team lead a conference in an area which has not previously run alpha courses, and a year on, a whopping 27 courses are running in the area! This is a number of people who are now hearing the Gospel through Alpha and exploring a personal relationship with Jesus. God is amazing in the way he is able to multiply our feeble efforts!

Would you pray about tithing towards this? please ignore this request if it is not something you are interested in. I have a strong feeling that we should be asking from 'within the family' for fundraising for the GAT team, as it is specifically kingdom building.
