Some of us have just retraced the journey made in 1800 by Mari Jones when she walked 26 miles to Bala in North Wales to buy her own bible. The objective, apart from a walk with friends in spectacular scenery, is to raise awareness of the Bible Society and to try to raise £500 for that organisation.
