As most of you are aware I am running the Virgin London Marathon on 25 April 2010 and am hoping to raise as much money as I possibly can for a charity called 'Livability'.

Running the marathon has always been my biggest ambition and I feel the best way to motivate myself and make it as worth while as possible will be to run for this great charity.
