GamesAid is a new UK video games industry based charity. It distributes funds to a diverse range of charities; it is a means of giving something back on behalf of the industry. GamesAid acts as a broker of charitable activity on behalf of the industry, taking advice from all sectors. It is a non trading body. The charity is administered by Trustees, who operate on a fixed term basis. It is formally run by a chairman, who is also on a fixed term. GamesAid is a children and young people's charity.

My story

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to drop in on our fund-raising page!

On the 7th August 2009 four intrepid but flabby explorers will be setting off to tackle the famous Three Peaks Challenge - trekking over 26 miles up the three biggest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales.

Who are we?

We all work in the computer games industry for Mastertronic and Just Flight.

Dermot Stapleton - Mastertronic

Martyn Northall - Just Flight
Matthew West-Robinson - Mastertronic

All money raised will be going via GamesAid to help give underprivilaged kids across the UK a better start in life.

Please dig deep and we very much appreciate every penny that you can spare!

Update: We successfully completed the 3 Peaks Challenge on Saturday 8th August at 18:10. Please continue to donate so that we can achieve our £500 target!
