I'm middle aged, hate running, and haven't cycled for years but for some insane reason I am attempting to take on the challenge of running 7miles, cycling 16miles and at the end of it all doing a kayak - all for fun and all for BMS World Mission. All this takes place on Saturday 12th November at Cannock Chase.
