Kerry, Keavy, Myself and importantly Matilda, completed the last 2 days of the 2012 Pink Car Rally on behalf of the Little Princess Trust, driving 200 miles from Taunton in Somerset to Land's End in Cornwall (and back home again obviously :-p).  We had previously not driven Matilda much further than Bridport (about 10 miles from home) and had only just put her back together after repainting her especially for the rally so it was a bit unknown!  Apar from a slightly leaky roof and some gear selection issues however, Matilda was a star, as was our own litle princess Keavy who loved the attention from her fellow 'pinkies'!

We decided to take part after discovering the rally and finding out about the work of the Little Princess Trust, seeing the smiles on the faces of the children they are able to help help is just lovely!  Losing your hair is never a nice thing, and must be particularly hard for a child to deal with, the Little Princess Trust provide real hair wigs that can be cut and styled and makes that child feel a little bit better about themselves.  Each wig costs about £350 so please dig deep and help the LPT to make some more happy smiley faces :-D
