I am very nervous but excited to be taking part in my 2nd 16.5 mile run for bowl cancer. I run for a lot of charities throughout the year but this one is very close to my heart with me having a family member dealing with this at the moment.

I would really appreciate your help in me getting the target I need which will help me push through the finishing line.
