<p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Hammer Out is a charity that helped both my parents through my Mum&rsquo;s brain surgery. One year on, my Mum has made a good recovery and continues to progress well. My Dad has been supported by Hammer Out in his role as a carer for Mum too.&nbsp; Thanks to the support this charity has given to them, it has been invaluable.&nbsp; </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>I am running the London Marathon for an improved time on 6 years ago which was 3hrs 17mins, but I feel that we can also support this charity along the way. Any contributions will be gratefully received. They will go towards helping Hammer Out progress as an organisation, and help other people in the future.
