My role as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant is to lead by example; I set goals and challenges for my clients week in week out and it is only right that I do the same for myself...so in May 2011 I will take my passion for long distance running to a new level and run 10 marathons in 10 days.

I will be raising funds for the Brathay Trust, a remarkable charity that achieves great things for disadvantaged young adults and vulnerable children through a variety of projects and carefully constructed programmes. Their work changes lives and I am proud to be supporting such an amazing organisation.
