This is my second year taking part in the Visa bike ride and somehow seems more daunting ...as i now know what's involved... 450 miles over 4 days !  

Last years ride inspired me to get a little fitter / healthier and run smaller events to raise funds for our local school.  It is true what they they say that the more you put into life the more you get out.   Many thanks for visiting my page and helping us raise valuable funds for Unicef.
