Starting midday on the 8th of feburay I am taking part in a 24hr team triathlon event being held in a gym.  The event invloves running, cycling and rowing with all the machines to be in constant use.  With 12 people in the team each member is required to do a total of 6 hours, there are  3 teams competing in the event.  Tough target paces have been set so it should be a challenge.
