My story
Hello everyone - thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have decided to attempt a Marathon this year (the Brighton Marathon), which is something I have always wanted to do. Although its a longstanding ambition, I have always been put off by the long hard slog of training especially through the winter- and it is already starting to hurt!
I am running for a fantastic charity, CarersUK, and I hope to make as much money for them as I can. Every year 2.3 million people in the UK - about 6,000 a day - become carers for the first time. Many simply do not know what help is available. Your donation will help Carers UK provide a range of vital services - including an expert freephone helpline, local listening and sitting services to give carers a much needed break.
I would be so grateful for any contribution you might be able to make to this great cause - and thank you so much for your support!
