I must be bonkers!

I will be taking part in 4^th stage of the cycle slam starting on the 28^th February 2010.  This will involve cycling across England and Wales from Twickenham to Fishgaurd on the Welsh coast via the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff covering around 439 kilometers in 5 days with Lawrence and the team.

The reality is just starting to hit home about the distance and saddle pain that I have let myself in for during training and the over the grueling 5 days cycling plus the fact that the entire ride is likely to be directly in to the wind for most of the way!
