I must be bonkers!

I will be taking part in 4 stage of the cycle slam starting on the 28 February 2010.  This will involve cycling across England and Wales from Twickenham to Fishgaurd on the Welsh coast via the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff covering around 439 kilometers in 5 days with Lawrence and the team.

The reality is just starting to hit home about the distance and saddle pain that I have let myself in for during training and the over the grueling 5 days cycling plus the fact that the entire ride is likely to be directly in to the wind for most of the way!

 I would be very grateful if you could take the time and show your support for me and more importantly the charities involved by making a donation here no matter what size, please support.
