Retail Madrid - M&S Chester Business Park to Wrexham M&S store · 9 August 2009

Nightingale House offers a wide range of facilities to local people and their families living with life-limiting illness. Patients come from Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire and outlying areas. In 2026 it will cost £5,662,680 million to run the Hospice - this equates to nearly £15,514 per day.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Nightingale House Hospice / Retail Madrid JustGiving page.

As part of the M&S 125 year celebrations and charity events, on Sunday the 9 August, the Retail Madrid football team will be commencing a run from Retail Customer Services in Chester to Wrexham store via the Nightingale House Hospice.

We're aiming to raise £1250 to be donated directly to Nightingale House as our chosen charity destination.

The runners are:

Matt Rogers

Mike Rogers

David Leslie

Aled Gardner

Mike Thompson

Alex Higgins

Adam Jones

We've estimated it's about 12 to 14 miles, and will take around 2 hours to complete (although a significant portion of the run is up a very steep hill so it might be a little longer!). We're aiming to set off at 9am and the route will be via Handbridge, Gresford etc.
