In a rare moment of weakness, I agreed to run this years London marathon in April. Having never ran more than 10km before my training I can see myself struggling so I thought why not make it a bit harder and do it in a sweaty womble suit that has been used in many a marathon before me. Hopefully running for a charity will give me the motivation needed.

I am running for a charity some of you may be unfamiliar with called Jesuit missions. Jesuit missions are involved with many projects all over the world. It's a great charity and any donations no matter how little will be appreciated. I've been to India twice with the Jesuits building a school in a remote village called Manvi, and I have seen that the money raised really does get put into worthwhile projects. Feel free to have a look at the website to see where the money will be going towards. http://www.jesuitmissions.org.uk/projects/index.htm

There is just less than 4 weeks to go in my training and I have now ran 18 miles in one hit (without a womble suit to be fair). I have one more big run left in me, possibly a 20 miler before I start to gradually decrease my running in preperation to race day!

Any sponsorship people, no matter how little is needed and appreciated!! So please dig deep into the student loans and pay cheques and sponsor please.

Cheers boys and girls!!
