We help veterans and their families to live the life they deserve after service

Story

As many of you know, tragically on 24 April 2016 a good
friend Dave Seath died of a cardiac arrest competing in the London Marathon, whilst raising money for wounded and sick service personnel. Many of those close to him were shocked and deeply saddened by the loss of such an inspirational and charismatic character.

Selfless to the end, it only seemed right that I, like many,
pick up the baton where Dave left off in raising money for this worthy cause. As much as I would love to put on the trainers and get running, unfortunately a ruptured cruciate has scuppered that idea somewhat. However, dragging along family Brown, we will be walking the 84 mile route of Hadrian’s Wall from Tuesday 18th April, slightly less arduous but still pushing ourselves in true Dave spirit.

Help for Heroes is a leading military charity that aids and
supports wounded, sick and injured servicemen, servicewomen and veterans in their hour of need. After his death, a Help for Heroes fund was set up in Dave's name - The Captain David Seath Memorial Fund by his brother Gary, and all proceeds will go to this worthy cause.

Please donate generously and ensure Dave's legacy lives on
in helping others.

Thank you,

Matt
