My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have decided for some unknown and mysterious reason to attempt to complete the cycle ride from John o Groats at the very top of Scotland, all the way down to Lands End in Cornwall - over a period of 12 days, riding approximately 85 miles each day - for self fulfillment (?) and also to raise money for a very worthy global Charity - Water Aid.
Many people before me have of course achieved much greater things in life, but I think that riding the 1000 miles from the tip to toe of the British Isles is something worth doing - and if i can raise some money for a great cause with your help, then its got to be worth a sore buttock or two. Who knows i might even enjoy parts of it!
Thanks for reading this and perhaps sposoring me for as little or as much as you are able, all of your donations will go directly to the charity and i will be covering my own costs - in association with Loopmasters.
WaterAid and its partners use practical solutions to provide safe water, effective sanitation and hygiene education to the world’s poorest people. £15 will supply one person with safe water for a whole year.
