This October I'll be doing a Spartan Race in Windsor.  This is a 5-6km run and over 20 obstacles to complete - so lots of climbing, crawling, jumping and running.

I've never attempted any sort of organised race, especially not one with obstacles, so this is definitely going to be a challenge.
