On the 19th May 2019 I will be running the Chester Half Marathon in aid of Alzheimer's Research UK. I have seen the devastating effects that this condition can have on someone close to me so I thought I'd do my bit and try to raise some money for a great cause by challenging myself to do something completely out of my comfort zone.
