The number of people diagnosed with cancer is growing, we're doing whatever it takes to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, whoever and wherever they are. To donate, volunteer, raise money or campaign with us, call 0300 1000 200 or visit macmillan.org.uk

Story

Thank you for visiting our online fundraising page!

On Sunday 26th May, me and James will be running 26.2 miles through the streets of Edinburgh aiming to beat Kenyan Zachary Kihara's course record of 2:15:26.

Unfortunately as neither myself or James are what you could consider 'elite athletes' I think a more realistic target will be to raise as much money as we can to support the fantastic work done by Macmillan Cancer Support.

One in three of us will get cancer and it’s the toughest thing most of us will ever face. If you’ve been diagnosed with cancer, or a loved one has, and even a close friend, you’ll want a team of people in your corner supporting you every step of the way.

Macmillan Cancer Support provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care.

Help to beat cancer.

Gift Aid it!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Macmillan Cancer Relief will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So please sponsor us now and help Macmillan lessen the challenge that UK cancer patients face every day.

Many thanks for your kind support.
