As you all know on 4th May 2009 we lost the life of Chris " Dirtyswagger " Pickett. He was one of the greatest friends I have ever had in my life. He touched many lives including mine, and it was a pleasure to have known such a guy. He was a lovable son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew and to many of you a great friend who loved him dearly.

In memory of Chris life I will be raising money for the charity Daisy's Dream by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro on the 19th - 28th March (2010)  in Africa over 10 days. The target I need to reach to do the climb in Africa is £3,400 and with your kind donations and generosity I believe I will be able to reach that target.

 Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I have started training for the climb already, by doing some brutal workouts at the gym but it will definitely be worth it when I reach the 19,340 ft peak at the top. I will keep you all updated on how the training is going.
