Having heard the support and help given to some close friends by this fantastic charity, I've decided to challenge myself by getting my running daps out and trying to raise some money and awareness for Latch. 

Ben is continuing his treatment in Cardiff and his courage and bravery are an inspiration. He's a remarkable young man.
