I'm taking part in my third Cycle India event for Heal. I'm very passionate about this charity having visited India many times as a trustee of this small charity - www.heal.co.uk. I have seen first hand how Heal helps provide education and healthcare to hundreds of children from underprivileged backgrounds.
Cycle India 2012 is being held from January 20th to January 30th and we will be cycling 350km through the beautiful countryside of Kerala. It won't be easy and there are plenty of hills to negotiate: http://www.heal.co.uk/cycle-ride-itinerary.html.
I'm covering all my own costs and then hope to raise £5000 for Heal. As the charity is run by volunteers 99% of the money I raise will go to helping the kids in India. So, please be as generous as you can :-)
