Hi i am sorry to tell you all that i was unable to take part in the London Marathon after all.

i suffered a torn calf muscle a few weeks prior to the race, and although i received Physio i was unable to recover in time to make the run.

i would like to thank all of you that made donations to my website and the offers of support were truly appreciated.

the good news is that i get automatic entry into the London Marathon 2011 and i intend on being there to complete the course so that your donation is honoured.

look out for me plodding the streets for months to come and i promise that i will not trouble those that were kind enough to make a donation this year.
