The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund has been the RAF's leading welfare charity for more than 90 years. They provide financial and practical assistance to anyone who is serving, or has ever served in the RAF, and their partners and dependents too. They provide assistance with a range of issues - from childcare and relationship difficulties to injury and disability, and from financial hardship and debt to illness and bereavement. 

On Sun 19 Mar 17, I will be running with the RAF Odiham Team. I am proud to support the RAFBF and will be pushing hard for a PB! Thank you for your support - it really makes a different to those who have, and are currently serving.
