Story
In more recent times I occasionally mountain bike around the local downs on a recreational basis.
Though it all started back in the year 2000 when the gauntlet was dropped and I trained up for my first Delphi bike ride. This was the epic 900mile Lands end to John O'Groats the ultimate personal challenge I thought. In the few subsequent years we completed Dover - Cape Wrath, Blois - Barcelona etc for various local charities.
That was back in my 20s, now in my 40s, I'd like to think I still have what it takes. It's going to kill me or make me stronger.
