I am running the Asics London 10k run on the 11th July 2010 alongside my colleague Gaz Howarth. I am running in aid of CBM UK - the overseas disability charity. CBM is an amazing charity which reached over 23 million people in 2009 alone. They have over 800 projects in over 90 countries worldwide. They help people with blindness, deafness, mental illness, club foot, burns, cleft palate.....the list goes on and on!!
