Hey,

Well, this is my first ever Marathon after flirting with a few half marathon's in the past. 

In June 2007 as most will know I lost my father very suddenly to Illness and in his memory i have decided to run this Marathon for the Sailors Society as he had been in the Merchant Navy as Chief Enginner for many years.

Any donation you could see your way to giving would be greatly received and very much appreciated as i know i will be dying on my arse come the end at it .
