For the second year in a row, I've decided to run the Beckington 10K Run on October 10th 2010.

Last year thanks to all those who donated, I managed to raise £382.57 for two charities, NSPCC (National Society for the prevention of Cruelty to Children) and NAT (National Aids Trust), this year I would like to beat this figure and get over £400!

This year I will again be running for two different charities, Cancer Research UK in support of family and friends who have been affected by this terrible disease, and National Aids Trust as their work is so important to those who have been diagnosed.

Both Charities are worth supporting and donating but if you can only afford to support one, then please chose which ever you feel inclinded to help.
