Joey, and I would just like to say a massive thank you for all of your support. We are now geared up for the Junior South Run this afternoon as well as the little 10 miler tomorrow. We cannot believe how generous everyone has been donating online but also James Stillwell and his Nan, Bob and Laura next door, Malcom Atkins and the Team at Zionstone as well as all of our friends at Chichester District Council who have made donations off line. I thought that this year I would run (or more accurately stagger!!) the Great South Run for Diabetes UK and help raise a little bit of money to aid their research into finding a cure for this life changing condition, Type 1 Diabetes.
