It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

Story

This year, Manchester is hosting the National Association of Medical Schools (NAMS) football tournament. This day is always a wonderful day filled with football, fun and friends. However, this year, as in previous years, we are using NAMS to raise money for a charity that we hold close to our hearts.

Pancreatic Cancer UK is a charity that is researching ways to spot this form of cancer early, alongside more efficient ways of treating it.

Unfortunately, pancreatic cancer is a very difficult form of the disease to recognise and treat leaving many with the diagnosis without much hope. Our aim is to ultimately donate a sum of around £5000 by using NAMS to propel all teams taking part to raise money and awareness for the cause.

Every little helps so please, give as you like!

Thank you :)
