<p>Hello one and all. Believe it or not I am running the London marathon this year. I have been lucky enough to have been accepted in the ballot which has enabled me to choose the charity of my choice. The charity Emily Ash Trust is small but plays a massive part in helping cancer stricken children and their families enjoy fun days out and holidays.
