Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 28th August I will be attempting to run round Wales starting at the Cardiff Barrage and ending at the same place 35 days later running a average of 30 miles per day carrying all my belongings like tent, sleeping bag, food etc with me on my back.

I will be trying to raise money in association for Royal Marine Spencer Vaughan who inspired me on a past challenge. About 6 years ago Spencer had a freak accident while away on exercise with the Royal marines which has left him with life changing spinal injuries and confined to a wheal chair for the rest of his life . This was all happening while on my previous challenge and whilst on a really hard day of the challenge I managed to speak to Amy (Spencer's sister) I said so sorry to hear about Spencer and Amy replied that Spencer had just donated (a decent amount) to the charity. I remember I was so touched at the time that someone can think of others just after there life has been completely turned around. It also really inspired me that day and turned a bad day into one of the best days running I have had.

I just want to now say thanks to Spencer and hopefully do a little to help the charity's that have been good to Spencer.
