We are running in three events this year... The Hell Runner on the 15th November.... The Tough Guy on the 31st January and then the big one... The London Marathon in April...

We are hoping to hit £10,000 by the time of the Marathon so we need your generous help to do it!

CAFOD is a Catholic Charity which works in a host of countries around the world.

They have many aims but the main one is to help get people and communities out of poverty
