I am lucky enough to live in Pembrokeshire, a county renowned for coastal walks, beautiful beaches and superb seas. Whether it's visitors to the area heading out to sea, or local people working on, in and around the coast, the RNLI provides valuable, lifesaving support to those who find themselves in trouble when at sea. 

Without the RNLI and the lifeboats, and lifeguards, stationed around the county, the statistics would make for frightening reading, and so I'm going to do my bit to help raise some funds for them.

I'm going to give up my regular morning tea, the daily dose of caffeine throughout the day, and the weekend glass of wine or two for two whole weeks, and drink nothing but water. Those who know me, will know that I'm quite partial to all of the above, so any support you can give to help me stick to drinking just water will be very much appreciated.
