Thanks to everyone that  has sponsored me so far and PLEASE for those of you just seeing this page now dig deep! I got totally soaked and ran in 40 mile winds, making it to the end in 29 mins which was hard graft!

On Sunday 6th December 2009 I shall be dressing up as Santa Claus to run a very chilly 5k run to raise money for Prostate Cancer Research Foundation. You may not realise it but prostate cancer kills a man every hour, pretty much the same as breast cancer in women, yet recieves a fraction of the funding.

Please sponsor me as much as you can for this most unselfish of challenges! We can all help save Grandads, Dads, brothers, sons and partners but you have to sponsor me!!
