I am lucky enough to be taking part in a 3 day cycling challenge that BT has organised for its staff. This will take place in Gloucestershire in mid September, and with my colleagues I will be riding a total of 225 miles, so 75 miles a day. By day 3, legs, backsides and God knows what else will no doubt be hurting!
