On May 27th Bank Holiday weekend I will be cycling from London to Paris to raise money for the Stroke Association. I am already wheezing and peddling my way through London traffic each day in preparation, so the next step would be getting some donations from you lovely lot!

It's for a really great cause. Strokes have affected my family twice, and I'm sure it's the same for many of you. The Stroke Association does amazing work to help aid recoveries by people who suffer from strokes and prevent unnecessary fatalities .
